Terms of Service

1. What MooMee is

MooMee is a personal event planning tool that connects to your Google account. It lets you view upcoming calendar events, attach planning notes, Google Docs, and checklists, and invite others to co-plan events or share checklists with you. MooMee is provided as-is and free to use during its current phase.

2. Your account

• You must have a valid Google account to use MooMee.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You may only use MooMee for personal, non-commercial event planning.
• You must not use MooMee to send unsolicited messages or spam collaboration invites.

3. Google account permissions

MooMee requests the following permissions from your Google account:

• Calendar (read-only) — to display your upcoming events. We never create, edit, or delete calendar entries.
• Drive (limited) — to create planning docs in your Drive under a folder called "Event Plans". We only access files MooMee itself created.
• Profile — your name, email, and photo for your account display.

You can revoke these permissions at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Content you create

Planning docs created through MooMee are stored in your own Google Drive — you own them and can edit or delete them directly in Drive at any time. Quick notes, pin data, and checklists stored in MooMee's database can be deleted from within the app (dismiss the event, or delete the checklist from the Lists page) or by contacting us.

5. Collaboration

When you invite someone to co-plan an event or share a checklist, they receive an email with your name and the event or list title. Only use the invite feature for people who would expect to hear from you. Invitees must sign into MooMee with their own account to accept. Checklists attached to an event can be shared, deleted, or kept private on a per-list basis at the moment you send an event invite — your explicit choice, each time.

6. Availability and changes

MooMee is in active development. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We aim to give advance notice of significant changes, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

MooMee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed events, or damages arising from your use of the service.
